Twitter caused a stir Monday when it lifted its curtain enough to show us how much activity  the service is seeing currently, and how it’s grown since 2007. The singer has agreed to pay Dawn Simorangkir $430,000, plus interest, to settle a lawsuit the designer filed in March 2009 over comments Love made on Twitter and her MySpace blog.

Not all that surprising to find that teens (12-17) are using it less than anyone considering how popular social networks and text messaging have become.  Although it’s slightly surprising to see that the decline in email use carries all the way from ages 12-54.
